Lilly is our only foal from our gorgeous mare Wingana Lilac Time, due to health reasons, who was a consistant Royal Show Champion & perfect childs pony (Owendale Percival x Wingana Lavender Blue), by the very stunning Kinglodge Bobby Sox *now gelded* (Janois Little Joker x Willowcroft Wren). Lilly has made us proud being our first born, we will never part with her, she is part of the family! She has well and truly proven herself out in the show world and due to health reasons of her own she has earned herself a well deserved break from the show ring. Hopefully she will have a few foals of her own in the near future... watch this space!!
Left- Tianna - Lilly was born on a freezing cold night in our back yard! Chipper refused to have her anywhere else... We had to wrap her up in cardigans & jackets, she was so tiny & it had started raining. Chipper finally decided by lunch time she would take Lilly into the stable for a well earned rest!
Right - First day of trying a small foal headstall on Lilly... it wasnt so small or Lillys head was tiny! Dont worry, it wasnt left on her, I took it off straight after the photo. Her little legs would of gone straight through it! She was 2 weeks old.
Left- Lilly the day she was born after Chipper decided to finally take her into the stable!
Right - approx 4 weeks old trying to share some of Chippers hay.
All 3 above photo - Lilly approx 4 - 6 weeks old, she hasnt changed since then other than her colour... Still as inquisitive as ever!
